What makes Executive Real Estate's technology unique is its ability to present data on a Pocket PC from several legacy databases and web sites in a single proprietary viewer at the same time. Using Executive Real Estate, realtors can quickly and easily search on single-family, multi-family and vacant lot listings and sales by various property characteristics, selecting parameters such as number of bedrooms, baths, square footage and price, and even download a high-resolution color picture of the home.
In addition, Executive Real Estate contains a mortgage calculator and integrates with a mapping function that pinpoints the property for the viewer.
